This was a second year ceramics project. The project brief was to create a wall mounted planter with a specific succulent in mind. Using the succulent as inspiration I created this form which was based on the shape of the leaves. I also took into consideration the shape of the plant and how it will grow and develop in the years to come

This is an image of the positive that I made of the planter which can be seen in gray. It was made out of polyurethane foam, fiberglass and resin. The mould was then made out of plaster in-order to slip-cast  the product.
